• Develops the architectural concept for the fitness center, including workout areas, group exercise spaces, private Pilates rooms and changing rooms.
• Provides guidance on decorative materials suited to the concept.
• Selects equipment and prepares the layout plan.
• Selects and supervises trainers.
• Creates and oversees the group exercise schedule.
• Creates and oversees the personal training schedule.
• Organizes the supply of towels, shampoo, shower gel and other personal care essentials.
• Provides stationery materials such as program cards, membership forms and promotional brochures.
